Reliance Infrastructure Limited was incorporated in October, 1929 with the name 'Bombay Suburban Electric Supply Limited (BSES)' and then changed to BSES Limited. The name of the Company was changed to Reliance Energy Limited with effect from February 24, 2004 and later on, was changed to 'Reliance Infrastructure Limited' on April 28, 2008. The Company is engaged in the business of providing Engineering and Construction (E&C) services for power, roads, metro rail and other infrastructure sectors.
