The Company changed the name to Hughes Telecom (India) Limited in 2000, and later, the name of the Company was changed to Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited in February, 2013. As at March 31, 2025, Tata Teleservices Limited, the holding Company owns 48.30% of Company's equity shares and Tata Sons Private Limited (the Promoter), the ultimate holding Company owned 19.58% of the Company's equity share capital.
